Grilovano povrće Istaknut

Sastav:

Slatka paprika...1 kom, Tikvice...1 kom, Plavi patlidžan...1/2, Crni luk...1/2, Šargarepa...1-2 kom, Celer...1/2, Brokoli...1/4, Maslinovo ulje, Marinada ( beli luk 1 kafena kašika ), Šampinjoni...3 kom.

Začini:

Bosiljak, Suvi peršun, Majoran, Mirodjija, Soja sos.

Priprema:

U zagrejanom tiganju sa maslinovim uljem dodajemo povrće ovim redom: -slatka paprika i sitno seckan crni luk, -tikvice i plavi patlidžan, -celer, brokoli i šampinjoni
Sve to spremamo oko 5 minuta. Zatim dodajemo začine ovim redosledom: -bosiljak, suvi peršun, majoran, mirodjija i na kraju prelivamo soja sosom uz neprestano mešanje, još par minuta držati na vatri. Pred samo serviranje, grilovano povrće prelivamo marinadom. Prijatno!

Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients: 1 pepper, 1 marrow, ½ eggplant, ½ onion, 1-2 carrots, ¼ broccoli, ½ celery, Olive oil, marinade (1 coffe spoon of garlic), 3 mushrooms

Spices: basil, dried parsley, marjoram, dill, soya sauce

Preparation: Heat the pan with some olive oil, and place vegetables in the following order:

-pepper and some chopped onion

-marrow and eggplant

-celery, broccoli and mushrooms

Cook it for 5 minutes, the add spices in the following order:

Basil, dried parsley,marjoram, dill and soya sauce. Cook it for couple of minutes stirring constantly.

Before serving marined grilled vegetables.
